→ Paperclip Minimiser - II [Peak Oil]
John Howes returns as Paperclip Minimiser with II on Peak Oil, reviving the icy futurism of early-2000s cyberpunk electronics. Built using vintage hardware including the Nord Modular G2 and Elektron Machinedrum, the record blends minimal techno, IDM textures and dubby basslines across seven precise, bass-heavy tracks.

A deeply personal work, it returns to his classical roots across nine piano-led hymns, shaped by improvisation and inspired by stillness, reflection and healing. → 8004 - 8004 [Kino Disk]
8004 returns to Chicago’s dubplate-focused Kino Disk with a six-track release that deepens the project’s shadowy, textural language where dub techno is treated not as genre but as environment, best experienced loud enough that the low-end is felt more than heard.

→ Davorama - Low Enforcement [co:clear]
Davorama’s Low Enforcement immediately feels at home on co:clear. Across these nine tracks, the drum programming is frequently the centre of attention. It’s pretty hard not to get locked in to what’s going on here. Low Enforcement has a cyber-industrial feel to it that never alienates, instead somehow managing to be warm and inviting.

→ Andre Zimmer - Swamp Circuit [Craigie Knowes]
With tastes of UK breaks, electro, bassline and 90s happy hardcore, Andre Zimmer ‘Swamp Circuit’ EP on Craigie Knowes remains headstrong in its focus throughout – with no punch withheld, nor emotion unexplored. This balance provides a well sculpted journey through a versatile sonic landscape, as well as distinctly measured pace and story-telling behind the record.
