DYING IN BEAUTY RETURN TO ORIGIN EP RELEASE PARTY & DJ ANTEPOP AT BRIXTON BREWERY TAPROOM
FRIDAY 9 MAY & SATURDAY 10 MAY // FREE TO ATTEND
Join us on Saturday 10th May at Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham as we celebrate the release of Dying In Beauty’s fourth vinyl release on his own record label Rhythm Without Reason.
Taking place between 6 PM to 9 PM, the London-based techno producer will take over the shop for an all-vinyl in-store session, showcasing his signature blend of deep, raw and immersive techno.
Forged in South London, his new EP, ‘Return To Origin’, delivers four deep and driving techno cuts—each one a powerful statement destined to captivate even the most discerning ears. Free beer courtesy of Brixton Brewery.
Join us in South London on Friday 9 June (7-10 PM) for the first Brixton Brewery Taproom Session of May, headlined by DJ Antepop — the vinyl-only alias of Tom Durston, founder of Inverted Audio and curator behind the Inverted Audio Record Store in Peckham.
Spinning nothing but wax, Antepop’s sets journey through widescreen electronics, esoteric ambient, raw techno, and the deepest shades of house. While Jungle and Drum & Bass marked his entry into the scene, his sound has since evolved into a far-reaching blend shaped by Inverted Audio’s boundary-pushing ethos. Expect extended blends, immersive textures, and a selection with no limits.
Beyond the decks, Tom is the driving force behind Inverted Audio — a trusted voice in underground electronic music, delivering in-depth features, premieres, mixes, and interviews with pioneering artists. His record store, stocked with both new releases and personal gems, reflects the same uncompromising taste. He’s also co-organising Trevinos Record Fair at this year’s Houghton Festival, bringing even more rare finds and top-tier selectors to the forefront.
